They deliver a product, but you still have to do it yourselves.

Eyes On Transport's Control Tower is not only a TMS solution, it is a complete operating model containing a TMS with extended capabilities, designed/built/run by transport specialists. We create visibility for all stakeholders, support your WH processes, train people, generate KPI's and manage partners as well as processes based on this. The set up is as such that new transport solutions can be implemented. A turn key delivered solution, a solution which can be enhanced with Value Added Services in regard to Transport Management.

YES, there are 4 options:

• Use your own TMS / label application and place our Control Tower on top of your existing solution. In that case we can support you with all our services in regard to management of transport and communication with your clients. We would not be able to support you with your transport processes in your operation.

• Use your own TMS / label application for existing set up and run our Control Tower and TMS capabilities for new carriers/set ups. Both systems can co-exist simultaneously and you can benefit from our set up and capabilities

• Use specific solutions / capabilities of our Control Tower to support your business.

• Use our Control Tower and TMS capabilities as your Control Tower & Carrier gateway for all your transport processes

YES, similar to "I already have a TMS...."

There are 4 options:

As a lot of new possibilities and capabilities will become available for your company it will be a big change.

We aim for smooth transitions without risking your business/operations. We start creating visibility and based on this we involve people. Based on their involvement and input change is managed and controlled. We support/train organization and support running this initially until your organization takes control. In addition we have a Back Office supporting you. Therefore risk of change is very low and as such the change is not that big.

We adjust speed of implementation to actual circumstances and capabilities. We can go step by step, carrier by carrier, process by process. No big bang required.

Upcoming Brexit will drive new challenges. You would have to change for instance your label, manifest content as well as provide export documentation. Next to that, your transport related costs might go up significant, ie. with customs clearance fees.

Eyes On Transport allows you to create consolidated shipments and supports consolidated customs or commercial invoices which avoids excessive custom clearance costs. Same as for Switzerland, Norway, and other non-EU countries.
